  For perishable food items or damaged packaging, please upload a clear photo of the product and the shipping label to help us process your claim quickly.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused, non-perishable items back in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the box is securely taped.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team verifies your request, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement within 3-5 business days.
